Membership Information & Application
We’re excited to welcome Westbridge & Golden Ponds residents to another great summer at the pool! Below you’ll find everything you need to apply for membership.
🏊♀️ Membership Eligibility
Membership is available exclusively to Westbridge & Golden Ponds residents.
Applications can be completed online or downloaded and submitted manually.
How to Apply
To complete your membership, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the Membership Application
The sponsor and/or co-sponsor (typically parents/guardians) must complete the application form.
Include all family members living in the household (this may include adult children or additional family members residing in the home).
Anyone not living in the household—including adult children living elsewhere—will be considered a guest.
Both sponsor and co-sponsor must sign the application.
2. Complete the Insurance Waiver
List all household members at the bottom of the form.
Both sponsor and co-sponsor must sign the waiver.
3. Submit Your Forms & Payment
Forms should be completed online whenever possible.
Submit your completed forms along with payment as instructed.
🚫 Please do not submit paperwork or payment to pool monitors.
Summer 2026 Rates & Dues
Family Membership: $475
Couple Membership: $375
Babysitter Fee: $25 (1st) & $5 (2nd)
Note: Members are offered a $50 Early Bird Discount on payments received on or before April 11, 2026.
👶 Babysitters Welcome!
Need an extra set of hands this summer? We’ve got you covered.
If you plan to bring a babysitter to the pool, just complete a Babysitter Application and Insurance Waiver for each sitter.
Babysitter Fees:
$25 for your first babysitter
$5 for each additional babysitter
And yes—Grandma & Grandpa count as one babysitter 😊
Once registered, your sitter is all set to join in on the poolside fun with your family!
What Happens Next?
Once your membership is complete, here’s what new members can expect:
You’ll receive one key fob for pool access
New members will also receive a complimentary guest pass card (1 guest pass has 10 guest entries)
If you don’t receive these at the time of submission, don’t worry, they’ll be available for you at the pool with a monitor, ready for use shortly after.
Prefer not to keep track of your guest pass? You’re welcome to leave it at the pool with the monitor for safekeeping.
